Dear Philippe-André,
I'm not sure to get your feedback.
You are talking about URL of video:
Why do we need to have name in it ?
To improve security we decide to make it random.
and the plan is to have APP, where you will not see anymore URLs and have more functionnality we can't have today due to only webapp.

This feature request is not about URLs, but about the contents of the <title> tag. I fixed the feature request title, which was miscopied, and made a different feature request about URL readability:
About the <title> tag:
If two states of displayed contents can be perceived as different pages by the user, they are different pages from a UX perspective, and should therefore have different titles. The user wants to be able to, at least:
1) bookmark these as different pages, with their titles being used by the browser for naming the bookmarks;
2) find these pages back in their browser’s history by typing parts of their titles;
3) mention these pages in a written document, again using their titles.
See, for instance, how YouTube does it. Each different video has a different <title> tag, reflecting the visible title shown below the video. This information is used for bookmarking, history, etc.
For some examples of relevant contents for the <title> tag, see:
