Give the ability to make easier to go forward or backward for few seconds (not 10s as the video are short) but about 3 to 4 s.

We could also change the speed (increase) if we keep our finger or mouse click on the video !

Id say it needs to be more nuanced than 3s as normally what you want to do is study frame by frame when the video is paused
