If one hovers their mouse over a video at the selection screen the text disappears and one is shown a static image of the performers. This is not useful. As a user I would like the behavior I see on other sites (e.g. Youtube) where the video or a snippet starts playing. If not that, please remove the the hover effect; it does not provide any insight as all performers are in starting positions.
